If you choose to receive goods in the office, then you can receive the goods within 3-10 working days (if goods are available) from the time of ordering. The time of receipt is indicated on condition that the item is available and the money is credited to the company's account. We will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided, as well as a text message to your specified phone number when goods are ready for receipt. We keep orders for 15 business days; if during this period you can not remove the goods, please inform us by sending an e-mail to info@felps.shop .

To receive an order, you need:

1. Order number

2. Identity document (passport or eID card).

3. If the order is received by another person - specify it by making an order or contact us at + 371 24001240 or e-mail info@felps.shop .

4. Delivery to the door of the house (or apartment).   

Throughout the territory of Latvia (also in the countryside).  

Your order is delivered using 'Latvijas Pasts Kurjers' services.  

The parcel is delivered to the customer in advance by agreement on the delivery time. If you do not have a home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of unsuccessful delivery to you in your mailbox or contact you at the indicated telephone number.

Within a week from the first attempt of delivery, you will need to contact a courier to agree on the re-delivery.

Latvian Post office courier service: on working days from 11:00 to 16:00

The procedure for receiving outside Latvia is as follows.

1) If the package is damaged in the country of destination, the recipient must draw up and sign a declaration at the time of delivery.

2) If the parcel is received in good condition and is damaged during delivery, the customer and the courier jointly draw up an act, and the recipient signs it when accepting the parcel.

3) If the package is delivered in good condition, the buyer signs and receives the package.

Therefore, if the package has indeed been damaged (before the buyer is alone with it), it is very important that the buyer records the damage during delivery.

If this is not done, money and goods will not be returned.
